Delete selected Trailhead data
You can ask Trailhead to remove selected account data without deleting your account.
How to make your request
- Email us from the address connected to your Trailhead account.
- Tell us which data you want removed—for example saved trips, planner conversations, photos, comments, reports, or travel preferences.
- We will verify that the account is yours before deleting private data, then confirm when the request is complete.

What happens to your data
We remove the requested data from Trailhead's active systems while keeping the rest of your account available. If removing a record would affect another person’s account or a required security record, we will explain the limited portion we cannot remove.
Encrypted backups expire through their normal rotation and are not returned to the live product after deletion. We may retain only records required for law, fraud prevention, security, or dispute handling for the applicable legal period.
Subscriptions and outside services
Deleting Trailhead does not cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google Play. Cancel it separately in your app-store subscription settings. Apple, Google, and payment processors may retain their own transaction records under their policies.
