You can download supported map areas before you leave. Planning, fresh conditions, guided-trip availability, and other online services still need a connection. Check your downloads before heading out.
Does choosing a campground make a reservation?
No. Adding a campground to a route does not reserve a site. Check the operator’s availability, booking requirements, and current access rules.
Can I find guided trips?
Trailhead lets you compare available guided experiences. Commercial options are separate from your route, and booking happens with the provider.
Will the app replace local guidance?
No. Conditions can change after a trip is planned. Check current closures and forecasts, follow posted restrictions, and use your judgment on the ground.
